With two tropical storms under our belt and temperatures creeping into the 90s, it’s safe to say that summer is almost here! For most people, summer means relaxation, vacation and spending time with family. It’s also a great time to buy a house!

And lakehouses are at their prime with plenty of time still left to enjoy them before it cools off again.
