D4 Realtors in the News.

It’s been eventful at DeFoor Realty in the past couple of months.  Our agents have been on TV and in magazines! 

We were very excited to receive a call from WJBF, News Channel 6 in January. They were doing a story about more people moving to the northern part of Columbia County and were looking for a real estate expert. We’re flattered that they chose us!  Our Associate Broker, John DeFoor, helped them with their story and provided local insight on what the trends are looking like in our area. (Our mascot, Zeus, also wanted to be on TV.)

In the Columbia County Magazine, agent (and mayor of Harlem) Bobby Culpepper, was featured in an article, “Person You Should Know.” Some highlights from the article include Bobby’s passion for his community, his love for his family, dedication to his career and that his relationship with Jesus has changed his life.  We’re extremely blessed to have both John and Bobby as part of our team.  Both are the kind of people who would go the extra mile for you.

It’s not real estate related, but our Marketing Director, Christie DeFoor, was featured in January as the cover model for Finetix Magazine.  Finetix Magazine is an online fitness magazine (http://finetixmagazine.com/).   Christie is very interested in health and fitness and is a figure competitor. In addition to these, we’ve also been continuing to market in a variety of areas.  In the last month or so, we’ve been in The Augusta Chronicle, Matchless Address Magazine, Behind the Fountain, Sharing on Facebook and sending our listings out to more than 70 websites to name a few.  We’ve also just started an ad on television.  Have you seen it yet?
