New Appling Neighborhood Underway

 

           A new neighborhood is coming to Appling. Construction has begun on the road that will soon be the main road in Little River Estates. Little River Estates will soon be the newest neighborhood off of Ridge Road.  It will consist of single family homes.

                “We’ve seen a demand for home sites with larger lots in Appling. We’ve got a good feeling that this neighborhood will be perfect to help fill that need,” says Lloyd DeFoor, Broker at DeFoor Realty. Lloyd says the neighborhood will be restricted up to  2,500 sq ft. of heated area. There will be some flexibility for animals, as horses and chickens will be allowed.

                The area is gorgeous, filled with the perfect combination of mature trees and open land. The tracts vary in size. They start at three acres and go all the way up to 18 acres. Many of the lots back up to Corp property, so residents won’t have to worry about future construction. The neighborhood will have county water. The plan is to have Little River Estates ready to be built on by December.
