Bids need to be in by 5:00pm on April 30th.  They will be opened and you will be notified if your bid is accepted.  There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each winning bid.  (For example:  Winning Bid – $20,000 + 10% = $22,000)  Brokers representing buyers will receive 4% of the sealed  bid price.

Directions: From Evans, take Washington Rd. to Hwy 220 in Lincolnton. Go right 2 miles to stop sign and continue straight onto Maxim Road. Go 2.5 miles to Nathania Farm Road on the right. Continue straight to Serenity Pointe.
