More good news! For the third month in a row, home prices have continued to increase in Georgia, according to the National Association of Realtors‘ June housing indicators.
Other positive patterns include:

- New listings ⇧ 16%
- Percent of original list price received ⇧ 4%
- Days on market ⇩ 15%
- Inventory ⇩ 32%
- Months supply of homes for sale ⇩ 43%
