Happy New Year!

It’s been quite a year at DeFoor Realty. We’ve been extremely blessed in so many ways. We received the honor of being awarded the Small Business Champion award by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce this year. We were also voted into the top 3 Real Estate Companies in Augusta in The Augusta Chronicle’s Cyber City’s Best competition.  Thank you to all of you who voted!  Not only that but with your help, were also able to win the Spooky to Be Hungry competition (in the small business category) for the second year in a row. Thank you for helping us give back to our community.

This year we were excited to participate in events like the Oliver Hardy Festival, Ladies Night Out and Trick or Treat in Harlem. We loved being involved in these community events and we’re so excited to see the growth in the Harlem area as well as sense of community in our area.

We’ve begun development this year on the new neighborhood in Appling. Little River Estates, just off of Ridge Road, will help fill the need in Appling for a neighborhood that offers community as well as the space and acreage many people who move to Appling are seeking. The lots in the neighborhood range from 3 to 18 acres. You can read more about Little River Estates here.

More importantly, we’ve added some great people to our team this year. Brandy Chauvin, Cooper Cliatt and Amanda Brewer are the latest agents to join our team. They are doing a great job and we’re so excited to have them on board.  

Most importantly this year is our clients and all the people we have the pleasure of working with. Without you we couldn’t do what we do best. Thank you for trusting us in one of the most important sales and purchases that you make. We’re grateful to all of you and we wish you all the best in the upcoming year.
